I picked up my 24 plate Mazda CX30 last Thursday.nFrom the first interaction with David Farrell, I was left feeling well informed, reassured and relaxed in the fact that I was in the excellent hands of the Donald's Mazda Norwich dealership.nThroughout the whole process I have been kept up to date and Mazda Norwich have gone above and beyond with their customers service.nI thoroughly recommend any purchases from Donald's Mazda Norwich.

Thanks to Donald's I have worry free motoring their after sales team are brilliant nothing is too much trouble for them even if your just need some advice. The work on my MX has been excellent. I certainly have no complaints, my car is now 5 years old but have taken out a service plan and extended warranty that includes road side assistance, So as I said worry free motoring which in this cost of living crisis is one less thing to worry about. Thank you Donald's for looking after my pride and joy

Recently bought my new car from the Used Approved range at Donald’s Mazda Norwich.nnGreat service from Max Taylor and Clive Rees. I was able to easily reserve the vehicle, complete the necessary paperwork remotely and collect the vehicle just a few days later.nnVery happy with the car, the condition and price paid. Would recommend and buy again from them.

Poor dealership experience they seem to think its acceptable behavior to rip off customers  and charge for parts not used , they consistently lie regarding completion deadlines and never follow up despite making numerous promises . Real shame as myself and my family had been loyal Mazda customers for many years under the previous  Wright family business owners ....sadly it now time to buy another brand of vehicle who can offer a better service .

I booked my Mazda 3 in for it's annual service via the Donalds on line booking system which was a very easy process, this included an estimated cost, I received an email confirmation, plus reminders beforehand.nnUpon arrival Ingress ran through with me the expected work, cost breakdown and timings etc. There is a good and complimentary! drinks machine, plus water and squash available, which I used, as I was waiting while my car was being serviced.nnOnce the car was serviced, washed and vacuumed 30 minutes ahead of schedule, Ingress again ran through the work that had taken place, I was sent a video of the underside of the car and I settled up, with the cost being as per the initial estimated cost.nnSo all up, a great booking and physical experience, I was dealt with in a professional, courteous, informative manner by Ingress thank you!, the service team did a great job and I have no hesitation in recommending Donalds Norwich!
