Overall, I was incredibly satisfied with the exquisite level of customer service I received. The staff were friendly, helpful and did not pressure me into making any quick decisions. Instead, they were kind enough to allow me time to take the paperwork home to thoroughly read over and consult family/friends, before making any purchases. The car I brought was clean, reliable and had been extremely well looked after by the previous owner. Henceforth, I would not hesitate to recommend.

Salesman Andrew Reynolds was fabulous, approachable, courteous and knowledgeable. The showroom was spotlessly clean. The handover was excellent and even if you asked a stupid question, you were made to feel like it wasn't. Andrew was very thorough with the handover. The introduction to the service department was a wonderful touch. I highly recommend Motorvogue Hyundai Norwich !
