I saw a vehicle I was interested in, went over was asked if I wanted to test drive it. Everything was explained nicely by Earl and Jamie both very pleasant and I was given a good price on my car trade in. Purchasing from here was easy they sorted everything out even my road tax. 
I would highly recommend this garage customer service is excellent even phoned  2 days later to see how I was getting on.

They dealt with my issue very quickly,my car was assessed and the problem fixed very fast, they loaned me a car for a week and when I picked mine up it had been cleaned as well, altogether very good service

Bought a Suzuki on finance which i only just about to pay off. I personally would not go through finance again however this is down to personal choice. Be prepared to either save for the balloon payment or lose money at the end with a trade in. Each time ive queried my agreement wuth staff i am constantly directed elsewhere such as suzuki or my finance company (who i have no idea is) or my paperwork! Which makes me wonder what is the point of buying from NMG when they can't advise me and that I can seemingly cut them out. Whenever I have tried to book my car in with the garage to have its service, basic things such as price are not disclosed until I pressed further. Hence why i went to another garage who could give me the answers i needed. A drop in service after sale is to be expected but at least can I be transferred to someone who can answer my queries and help me. To be rude and refer me back to my paperwork or not tell information on pricing when requested is not acceptable. I would reccomend on improve information help desks, including things such as at least transferring the customer to someone who can help, as well talking to the customer in a polite helpful manner (makes a big difference to customer experience).

NMG,  Norwich, where do I start. Traded in my Sportage for a newer one. Chris the Salesman couldn’t do enough for me, excellent service!! The After Sales/ Service team and reception team are very welcoming. I would have no hesitation in recommending this garage, by far the best one I have ever dealt with.
