Proper service. It feels like a family business and one has been your friend for years. You hear people talking to the reception and management staff like friends. You get a sense of mutual trust. You are treated like a welcome guest and looked after. I was kept informed throughout. Clear indication of what was done and what might need doing in the future. The sort of relationship that simply doesn't exist any more in most of the service world. But this team recognise how important customer care is.
Inchcape Jaguar Land Rover King’s Lynn. Service book not stamped, car returned dirty with grease marks/spots visible all over the front fender. When I asked stuff about it all he replied was "I am very sorry" but car was still returned dirty. Car mileage entry both on service paperwork and in DVSA MOT service made using number of km but with miles - effectively adding 70k miles to it... issue corrected by changing units from miles to km but MOT service history reflects number of km can't be changed without re-testing. Sadly I will never take my car to Kings Lynn service again.
When I brought the car I gave Inchcape 5 stars but since they have been maintaining it I would say it's no stars, every time it does to Inchcape Jaguar Norwich there are issues. They are great selling cars but awful at maintaining them. They are also no longer affiliated with The Motor Ombudsman so if you do have a dispute like I do it's Citizens advice or a solicitor that's were I am now. I have owned 4 JLR cars and really enjoyed every one, they have always got me to my destination while being great to drive and own. It's Inchcape Jaguar Norwich that let things down, my cars will never go back to them again. In the past I have used J-Cat independent Jaguar specialist in Norwich and they have always been excellent.
I went there to get some mudguards put on my new XF. It is very clean with comfortable seats to sit on while you wait. Coffee etc is available for you. UPDATE I went to get my stop/start feature fixed as it had stopped working. They eventually found the fault was caused by a faulty battery so it was replaced at great expense. Everything worked ok but the day after all these warning lights an messages came up. I called them but there was no one on the service desk and they said someone would call me later. The day after someone did and I booked the car in for rectification. When I took it in and explained, by now the warnings had disappeared, they told me that it would cost £125 to investigate it but if it was found to be their fault there would be no charge. This I was not pleased about especially as it is supposed to be under warranty so I told them I would take my car elsewhere - to J-Cat Motors. I certainly will not be returning here unless absolutely necessary!
Went to view a used vehicle, and it was a wonderful experience. Keziah was welcoming, knowledgeable and completely lacking in the pushy sales experience that can make this experience horrible. The whole team we encountered were friendly, and we ultimately purchased the vehicle we had viewed. Every step of the way we were helped where necessary and no question went un answered. Keziah was a joy to deal with, and I would whole heartedly recommend Inchcape to potential buyers.
I received great service from a pleasant salesman Thomas Skinner. The whole experience was hassle free and enjoyable. Thanks to the team at Jaguar Norwich.
Our visit to Jaguar as always went very well, we received the usual friendly greeting from all the staff, we are very pleased with the level of service we received from Matthew at the service desk, Matthew gave a level of service that a prestigious company such as Jaguar should be proud of, he is a credit to the company and we look forward to dealing with Matthew when our next service is due. Thank you
Very pleasant and helpful staff. Receptionist made me feel very welcome. Service staff went above and beyond in serving me.
Sales staff knowledgeable and helpful too. I bought a brilliant second-hand XE Jaguar. Wish I could afford the new ones. Clean well kept showroom. Don't forget to bargain with them. Happy with what I got though.
Car was ready and clean as a whistle, the staff were so polite and friendly. Would really recommend to other people. A great experience all round.
