I purchased an Audi Q5 from SM cars and cannot thank them enough. Pep the salesman was such a gentleman and so very helpful, he gave me the confidence to buy this car from them and we have never looked back. Now and again we went back to see them about something to do with the car, but each time it was sorted without a problem. This garage should be on trusted trader because in all my years this is the most honest and best that we have ever dealt with. We're about to buy our second car from SM Cars. We love the selection of cars, the ease of testing and buying, the warranty and the service. Five months into the six month warranty our car developed an unforeseeable fault. SM took the car without question and made the repairs under warranty within 24 hours. Fantastic service, and very confidence-inspiring.
Over the last two days I have had the best 2nd car buying experience ever. The salesman and other staff on the premesis could not have been more helpful. At every juncture the process was a pleasure, from viewing the car, test driving the car and even the purchasing.
