A great set of staff across the whole site. Always helpful and reasonable prices. A good sales and servicing department. Definitely recommend and we have been customers for 10 satisfied years.

Having a 5 year service plan you don't expect to be charged an extra £80 because your service schedule came up 2 months early same amount of services over the period of the service plan! Seems I was mis sold the plan when i asked would i get the extra £80 back at the end of the plan no clear answer was given. Having used duff Morgan for almost 4 years and not had the best experience I have now cancelled the plan. My advise to anyone would be try your local garage and avoid duff Morgan in norwich at all costs. Over the past 4 years I've had more bad experiences than good! Poor body shop experience 2 attempts to fix some bodywork to an acceptable standard. Paint laquer started to bubble Door handle cap went missing on a service! Only time I can say the experience was ok was my last mot when they replaced a pair of broken front springs.

Excellent, welcoming and professional is the way I would describe the staff and the service they provided. Thank you and nice extra was the complimentary wash of the van.

Works van turbo went 2weeks out of warranty and only done 20,000 miles yet wanted to charge a good £1500 for a new one on top of all the other issues since buying it new the Citroen relay is very poor quality
