Absolutely love this place! Great to let the children play in the enclosed park with sand pits. You can have a game of crazy golf, play tennis, basketball, football, run wild on the open field's or just stoll down by the river. It's local area has a lot to offer and plenty to see and do. There is also a fish and chip shop just over the road, all freshly cooked to order. Fantastic for day's out or a short break. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lovely quiet site run by a young couple, previously by Gateshead council.

Bit noisy. Otherwise good. Kids playground and crazy golf. We camped for a night. Only £15 for small 2 person tent. It smelt a bit on the pitch they gave us though. Shower and toilet blocks.

It's a handy site for my needs but it desperately needs money spending on the facilities. Toilet block area is way beyond its best days with feeble showers and sloppy tiling. New owners need to invest heavily to keep the customer happy in the coming years
