Placed an order for a tent online for store collection. Unfortunately the warehouse did not despatch the order in time so it was delayed by a day which was a problem as we were going away on holiday and needed it. I phoned the store and a "superstar" called Jake did everything possible to get this for us in time for our holiday including actually sending a member of the store team to deliver it to me on the morning of our holiday. Amazing customer service!!! Thank you to Jake and also to Tom who delivered it for us.

21 days after ordering a camo parasol- lie after lie- after chasing up order a week after purchasing I was told it was lost in transit, another was ordered last week by customer services, called branch today to be told its been sent back to warehouse, called customer services only to be told there are none in stock in the uk would take another 7 day's .... lets hope my refund finds a more direct route back to me. Needless to say- thats my first and last experience with Decathlon & Decathlon Chelmsford. 3 months on- I have only just recieved an email saying my refund is about to be issued.... Yeah- trying real hard to meet customers needs- NOT!
