Best bike shop for miles around. Customer service is exceptional. They always make sure you are happy without any pressure of purchase. All the staff are amazing and offer awesome advice. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Excellent shop with a good range of bikes and accessories. The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and more than willing to spend time with customer queries. The after sales service is excellent too. I am not particularly local but will definitely make this my go to bike shop.

We went to enquire about a gravel bike for my wife. We are not very knowledgeable about bike. We received great advice from Ben and will definitely return to this shop as soon as a suitable bike is in stock.

Unbelievable service.  Friendly, knowledgeable, no sales push, bid selection of gear and they go out of their way to help you.  I’ve been in there on various occasions and each time I was more than satisfied with the service received.  Well done Giant Chelmsford!!

The guys in the shop are awesome, especially Ben who was the first person to meet me through the door, he is incredibly polite, knowledgeable and helpful and he makes nice cup of coffee too. There was no pushy sales pitch which made my decision to buy my E bike from there an easy one. I also get the impression that the aftercare is great to, judging by the staff interaction with other customers collecting their bikes after service and repair. All in all a great experience.

Picked up my brand new Giant Fathom 2021 today after purchasing via click and collect. What a fantastic experience. Ben looked after me from start to finish and ensured the process went smoothly. He kept me up to date and communicated with me perfectly. When I attended the shop for the first time to collect the bike the whole team at Giant Chelmsford were polite and made me feel very welcome. A couple of final adjustments were made to the bike then they even helped me put it in the car. A very very happy customer and would highly recommend buying your next bike from these guys. Thank you!

Quick and great service from the team at Giant. Will in the workshop did a great job in repairing / cleaning my wheelset.  Good prices too. Will be back for a service in the Spring.

I had an absolute gem of an experience. They helped me choose the right bike, I had a test run and they even fitted the bike in my car so I knew I could take the bike home with ease. Everyone I met there was brilliant. Wills dealt with me and I am full of praise for him
