Easily the best store that I have used for running shoes. David is incredibly knowledgeable and importantly very patient.. Nothing is to much trouble - If you want to try on the same shoe in 2 colours and 3 sizes then that is fine! Highly recommended for road, track and trail shoes.

Really helpful and incredibly patient service. The shop ended up staying open later as I continued to try on the same 3 pairs of shoes over and over. Absolutely no pressure to hurry up or to even buy anything. I will definitely be back.

This is by far my favourite sports shop. They know their stuff and nothing is ever too much effort. I know I can always trust these guys to give me honest advice. Huge selection of great sports kit at a range of prices, so suitable for everyone. I've recommended this shop to a number of friends and everyone has been very happy with the service and quality. My 'go to' shop for sure!

Went here for gait analysis and was very impressed. I was first checked on the treadmill to create a video recording of how my feet were landing and shown this recording with explanations as to how I was running and which type of trainer was required to correct this. I was then given several options of trainer with advice about each one and pricing which was very competitive with online pricing. From there I was given a chance to try out each trainer on the treadmill, with a video recording taken that showed the corrective action of the trainer in action. There was no pressure or pushy sales tactics which is always appreciated. A very friendly and efficient experience all around.

Popped in for gait analysis, great service, went through several pairs of trainers, allowing me to try each on the treadmill, talked me through pro's and con's of each and made recommendations to improve issues. Tried my new trainers out this morning and really happy. Well worth a visit. friendly, informed service. Highly recommended. Thank you Run Active!
