I have just picked up my parcels from Matalan, having had an email to say my order is ready for collection. One parcel contained 4 items the other contained 1 item.... i then received a phone call asking me to check my parcels as another lady with the same initials was looking for her parcel. Maybe it would be a good idea if you put the persons Christine name rather than just initials. Maybe confusions like this wouldn’t happen.

Very clean and tidy, good selection of clothes sizes, prices good. Till staff good until a problem with till then panic stations. My daughter had to go to another till even though she had put card and number though!. We were not very happy with that, so now she is watching her bank account.

Popped in to return some bits I ordered online. Ended up spending another £26! Some lovely bits in there at the moment and staff were very helpful with the returns

Havent been to Matalan for a long time. Found some lovely items of clothing for myself and my husband also towels very good quality excellent price. Service a little slow as only 2 people on tills otherwise a very good shopping trip and ive decided to come back to Matalan more often.
