Everything you would expect from JL store large, convenient. Underground paid parking with easy access including lifts. Great selection of clothes accessories furniture electronic goods tvs comptuters smart watchd. Nice cafe  descent range of food. Pleasant staff.

Yes I tried on a pair of sale shoes and wanted to purchase them , however when the assistant took them to the till I was told they were not for sale ,with no reason given . This is not the first time I have been told this in your store.  Why were they on offer then .nThe staff were very apologetic and helpful, however he also seemed confused.
