Megan and team was very helpful. They did the checkout promptly and we didn't waste a minute more than needed as we were fairly short on time, this was very helpful. The car was in good condition and ready and we were off as soon as the formalities completed. This was also helpful as the calls prior to this ensured all questions were answered and I had all the paperwork necessary ready. Recommended.
Been a couple a days but this is long over-due thanks. THANK YOU JAMES, being a first time car owner I was skeptic and had so many questions and I was very worried but thanks to this amazing man, who never tire of answering our questions. The paperwork process didn’t even take 20 mins if that, he had everything in order ready to go and was thorough in his explanation and help in making sure we got the best there was to offer. I Collected my car from Arnold Clark Southampton branch. Amazing service from James Gregg. He was amazing through out the process. Would highly recommend him. All staff were very nice. Excellent service from start.
Fantastic service from Arnold Clark Southampton. Luke was both very friendly and professional and took us through the collection process very easily. He left us to check the car over and satisfy ourselves that we were completely happy with it before dealing with a couple of queries we had. We were really pleased with the goody bags and car care kit. All in all a great service!
Great service provided by Luke, super friendly and professional throughout. Quick process but didn’t feel rushed in anyway, Arnold Clark offered the highest valuation for my car, knocked a very small amount off for fair reason but I am still extremely happy with the price. Would highly recommend, everything was sorted in less then 30 minutes and money promised to clear in my account in 3 working days. Great service, highly recommend
