WATCH THIS DEALERSHIP I telephoned to ask about a car that was for sale and discussed part exchange on the phone. I gave all the details of my car and they gave an approximate value but required to see the car. The value they had given me was the same as everyone else I had seen so I was happy and made the journey. It was only a 35 minute journey but still out of the way on a busy day. On arriving I was told that they "thought my car was a different model" and "it's not worth anything near what I had stated as I made a mistake" Sorry I thought you were a care salesman and you should know about cars, I had given you all the correct information. Obviously this would mean giving more cash for the car that I wanted and was willing to buy until this point. When I stated my maximum I was met with "well its only a little more" and by now I had 2 salesmen on to me. YOU WILL BE TALKED INTO BUYING A CAR AND SPENDING MORE MONEY THAN YOU WERE PREPARED TO UNLESS YOU ARE FIRM. BE VERY CAREFUL

Completely misrepresented the car, and were meant to post me replacement parts which never happened, I was just met with attitude over the phone, if I didn't come from so far away I'd have brought the car back and crashed it straight through their dealership, terrible people.

Rip off cowboys del boy and Rodney come to mind if u want a good car keep your old one its better they any car they try and fob you off with and that's just to start with the to salesman if that's what u our they talk the the customer like if there stupid and when you ask questions about the car you just been rip off with they just laugh in your face all I can say do your research
