Location great but a better sign at the way in off of the road would be useful. Unfortunately this Premier hasn't any higher spec rooms yet.nBreakfast was fine, usual standard fare.
The hotel is well located and the staff are lovely. The rooms do look a bit tired damage on the furniture. We found the lack of sockets next to the bed a bit of a hindrance because I had to trail the wire to my CPAP machine across the room. Also person in the next room sounded like they were having a game of football around midnight which wasn't very conducive for sleep. Could also do with the Aircon going below 19C as it felt too warm.
Typical premier inn room, nwarm, clean and comfortable, with amazing beds. Next to a Brewers Fayre pub, we took advantage of the meal deal and enjoyed a lovely dinner and big breakfast for less than normal price. There is a bus to Bristol from nearby which takes you on a lovely ride before the city.
Good service. Room was clean and well maintained. Reasonable prices. Easy to get to. Food in the Brewers Fair next door was great.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Our room had no heating, had a strange smell and luke warm water to shower in. I have never had an experience like this in a Premier Inn before. When we told the woman working at reception, she proceeded to put a tiny heater in our room, which couldn’t regulate the temperature, so we were either boiling hot or freezing cold. When we asked if we could please have a different room, she very rudely told us that she had solved the problem so no we couldn’t have another room, even though there were rooms available which she even admitted to.
