I had such a lovely experience buying my car from Charlie from start to finish. What I really appreciated was how he sourced the car specifically for me, taking into account exactly what I was looking for and my budget. It felt so personal, and he absolutely delivered on everything I wanted.nnHe really took the time to make sure everything felt right for me. There was no pressure at all just honest advice and a warm, approachable attitude that made the whole process so easy and enjoyable.nnI’m absolutely over the moon with my car, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charlie to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free experience.

I purchased a vehicle this week from henson motorgroup and was dealt with by Charlie Cuddeford. Charlie was very helpful in making it a easy smooth experience and assisted in anything documents i needed and was patient in helping understand the t&c. The service i recieved was excellent from the moment i walked in till the handover and beyond sending me emails of service history etc too. Excellent building , cool waiting room with free hot drinks. Thankyou Charlie and Henson Motor group for a great service and will definetely recommend.

I originally had a great experience purchasing my car from Henson Motor Group, and the buying process itself was quick and straightforward. Unfortunately, my experience since then has been extremely disappointing.nnJust one month after buying the car, the water pump failed. At the same time, I also raised concerns that the clutch was squeaking, but after inspection I was told there was no fault with it. Fast forward three months and the clutch has now completely failed. On top of that, I’ve also had a thermostat fault, non-working air conditioning and service warning issues.nnDespite raising these concerns, I’ve been told some of these issues are simply “wear and tear” and won’t be repaired.nnCustomer service has also been very poor. Every time I’ve tried to call, I’ve been unable to get through, so the only communication has been via email. They have now stopped responding to my emails altogether, leaving me with no updates or support. As I am no longer receiving any response from Henson Motor Group, I will now be taking this matter up with my finance company.nnI expected a much more reliable vehicle and far better after-sales service. Sadly, based on my ownership experience, I can’t recommend Henson Motor Group.

Tom McGuire was our sales person and he went above and beyond to make sure we got the right car at the right price, suited to our needs and family budget. He wasn’t pushy in any way and an actual descent guy, super friendly and helpful. We came in looking for a particular car which had just sold, but Tom was patient and knowledgeable on what would work for us. I’d definitely recommend his/Hensons and I’d definitely return for our next car. Tom really needs recognised for his outstanding service, he’s a real credit to the company.
