Just purchased a Nissan Qashqai from David Brown Cars Ltd. Robert was very helpful and attentive despite having three other customers on the property looking at cars. Robert went through all the paperwork and explained who the finance company was and helped do the VED before leaving. I was not pressured in any way and allowed to look over the car in my own time. I would highly recommend David Brown Cars Ltd, if you are looking for a quality used car.
Dealing with Robert at David Brown Cars has been a great experience from start to finish. The car was immaculate and a very fair price, and all of the details were dealt with by Robert without any fuss: 12 month MOT added, battery report from Nissan for EV, car beautifully valeted. There was never any push or hard sell from Robert, he’s a very nice guy to deal with definitely not the ‘used-car salesman cliché and you really feel that he cares about giving you 100% good old-fashioned service and value for money.nI won’t need a new car for a while but when I do, I will be straight back to David Brown Cars; I can’t recommend them highly enough!
Had really great experience with David brown cars got Mercedes GLA 220 and I must say it was right choice it was well kept and very smooth in transition also Robert is one of the nicest person I ever met and he give me car with complimentary servicing and breakdown cover which was cherry on the icing , I had no trouble with car so far replacing the battery which is kindly reimbursed by Robert only after one text message i really great experience with David from cars and will try recommending to other peoplen“Value for Money to get new wheels”nnKedar G
Fantastic service and pleasure to buy from!nAfter visiting a few showrooms where you feel like a number, we are delighted by the personal and human approach to help us understand our options and never felt pressured. We were happy with the variety of cars available along with the very clear details on the website. Then David and Robert treated us very well and patiently and clearly answered all our questions all the way from initial viewing through to completion. Would highly recommend them and they will be our first port of call when we need to buy a car in the future.
Over the years I have used many different car dealerships and this one by far exceeds expectations. Communication 5* from the initial phone call through to the purchase faultless. Discussed all features of the car, sat and went through all the paperwork with the car and possible additional warranties. As I was buying the car end of the month, advised me to wait 2 days and save money on the tax. The car was clean inside and out and exactly as described I'm overwhelmed with the degree of service provided. Collected the car with a new MOT and service. Robert helped me complete all the needed paperwork and I drove away very satisfied with both the company and car. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you
