Dandelion Farewells

Dandelion Farewells were perfect to help us say goodbye to our mum. It is a daunting task organising a funeral, but Judith, and everyone at Dandelion, were sensitive and supportive to everything we needed. She was able to offer advice and guidance, make suggestions and basically do everything we needed when we didn't really know what had to be done. She really went above and beyond. They are a small local company and this really shows in the service they offer, and how they do what they do. They are a special company, and I would not hesitate to recommend them, as I would trust them to take care of a loved one with compassion and real care. Thank you Dandelion, at the end of our day, everyone said it was a perfectly fitting tribute to our mum, a really lovely day, and you were at the heart of that.

Dandelion Farewells was recommended to me locally and I am so pleased that I chose them to organise the funeral of my partner. I initially met Jo who was welcoming, understanding of my wishes and very efficient in helping me through the whole process. She also chose a celebrant who exceeded my expectations on the day. I then had communications from Judith who I met at the service and she couldn't have been kinder. Arranging a funeral is a daunting and emotional affair but I felt in very safe hands with Dandelion who looked after every detail with kindness, understanding, efficiency and the utmost empathy.

Judith and the team were kind, considerate and helpful through a very difficult time and always there when needed. Judith was wonderful on the day of the funeral providing structure and a calm guiding presence through the proceedings. My heartfelt thanks to all at Dandelion Farewells.

Highly recommended. Dandelion Farewells offer a lovely fresh approach to arranging funerals. Recently they organised a funeral to mark the passing of my brother-in-law. At the first meeting they were so very kind and helpful to my sister. The meeting was unhurried. The Staff Judith and Jo are very professional, but also very understanding and considerate. No detail was too much trouble. There are no 'Standard Packages'. They will arrange the funeral you want. In the end, both the Service at the Crematorium and the Reception were beautiful occasions. Arranging a loved ones funeral is always a daunting and traumatic experience. We engaged Dandelion last month to arrange our mother's woodland funeral service. The standard of care mum and we as a family received from Judith and her team from start to finish was nothing short of outstanding - nothing was too much of a problem. Dandelion create funerals, not readily available through traditional Funeral Directors. So if you want a unique funeral, look no further. I cannot recommend Dandelion Farewells highly enough, just brilliant.

They listened to the things that I wanted, helped with things that I wasn't sure about and suggested things that I didn't know.
