Although my dealings with Rounce Funeral Services were under the most tragic of circumstances I am extremely grateful for the way they smoothed the path and dealt with every issue with the absolute minimum of fuss. From my very first contact every aspect of my wife's funeral was conducted with understanding, professionalism and compassion. I was particularly grateful for the support provided on the day of the service which, at times, I found very difficult. The service at the crematorium was regarded by the majority of guests as simply beautiful and very moving. This was, not least, down to the excellent Celebrant who conducted the service and the care and attention that went into the preparation beforehand. The service sheets were excellent and the flowers were beautiful. All these things were part of the complete funeral package provided by Rounce. I feel consoled that every effort was made to provide a funeral that was worthy of my dear wife and Rounce played no small part in achieving that aim.

I cannot recommend rounce enough, they did my sons funeral and went above and beyond for us. They were very patient with us and gave us as much time as we needed to discuss what we wanted for our son and the service they provided was excellent and unforgettable, we also knew he was in safe hands while he was with them and he was being looked after the he could. Everyone at rounce are very kind and everyone genuinely cares

We have used Rounce Funeral Services twice in the last ten months, firstly for Dad and then Mum. On both occasions we were incredibly impressed with the service and support we received from beginning to end. Everyone at Rounces were able to negotiate the difficult balancing act of being totally professional yet at the same time showing humanity and friendliness. Nothing was too much trouble, communication was excellent and we knew that both Dad and Mum were in very capable hands. Altogether a very well-run and approachable family business.
