There are not enough words in my vocabulary to express what wonderful people Karen, Nick and all of the team at Henfield funeral services are. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt a warmth and a genuine feeling of love. You truly made my dad Jim Grover's passing just perfect, also Stuart Lawson (celebrant) just wow, even though you never met my dad, he totally would have approved. if there is an award for funeral directors, you'd win it. A highly professional and yet sensitive approach. Our family used Henfield Funeral Services recently and we were very impressed with them from start to finish. At a time when you are in shock, grieving and in need of support they 'hold your hand' and guide you through. The staff are all generous with their time and advice and nothing seems like too much trouble. All elements of their service was excellent including the funeral, billing, communication and donations to a loclal charity. We would highly recommend them.

An unexpected family death is beyond words, but this local funeral platform delivered a significant degree of compassion, sensitivity, efficiency and sincerity. They led us through the post-death processes with an enormous degree of professionalism which I found very refreshing. Suffice to say, they are genuinely nice and caring people at this business.
