Freeman Brothers attended to our mother's funeral recently. They could not have been more helpful with all the arrangements. All members of staff we came into contact with were kind, courteous and kept us informed and supported every step of the way. A first class service I would not hesitate to recommend.

My family and I recently used Freeman Brothers for the organisation and conduct of my mother’s funeral. Support for the family during the planning and preparation process, both in person and via e:mail, was excellent. Communication from all of the staff was clear and professional - so important at such a difficult time. Everything on the day ran extremely smoothly, and Freeman’s staff displayed the perfect blend of friendliness and dignity that the occasion demanded. In all, a very fitting send-off that my mother would have been honoured by.

Freeman Brothers have been outstanding in the service they have provided. From the initial contact after my fathers death through to my fathers funeral and most recently to the interment of his ashes they have given us the best service, nothing was too much trouble and the service was delivered in a friendly empathic way and was so incredibly well organised. Freeman Brothers recently looked after my grandad. The entire process was absolutely seamless and they were so kind. It really has been so lovely dealing with them, they literally took care of everything and nothing was too much trouble. I did not know the process of a funeral and how things worked and they made it all so easy. Thank you all so much.

Just to say a big THANK YOU to Charlotte and the team for everything that you all did to look after mum since she passed away on 7th July. We are pleased that we engaged Freeman Brothers and are delighted that we opted to have the funeral service at the lovely Hills Cemetery Chapel, where we also really appreciated Martin's assistance. We felt that it was a wonderful "send off" for mum. Thank you too for your assistance in the arrangements to enable us to spread mum's ashes at Hills Cemetery Rose Garden so promptly. Totally professional and compassionate.

It can be quite overwhelming when life can change suddenly. Adding into the pool of what we need to do can seem a bit daunting. This is where Freeman Brothers offered what i believe to be truly lovely, patient and friendly handling of the funeral. They help'd plan from start to finish everything needed. Any worries or question, they helped answer, which at a very confusing tough time helped me hugely. I highly recommend Freeman Brothers, lovely care and service from a wonderful team.

Freeman Brothers of Horsham looked after my Dad 11 years ago and have now just looked after my Mum who recently passed away. They show such kindness, practical advice and such respect to all the family and especially Mum on the day of the Funeral and continue to with ongoing guidance. THANK YOU
