My family chose Dillistone to assist with our mother’s funeral and we could not be more impressed with their care and professionalism throughout all the dealings we had with them, with particular mention to Natasha and Melanie Celebrant, who made a very difficult time more heartwarming and meaningful. Organising the funeral arrangements was a simple process with a wide variety of choice to meet our budget and wishes of the family. We knew our mother was being cared for in a dignified way and this took a great weight of our shoulders. The day of the funeral went faultlessly and the support and kindness we were given by Dillistone and Celebrant was greatly appreciated by all of us. Thank you.
In a time of very raw emotion the service provided by Rachel at Dillistones was perfect. The compassion, care and support was just perfect. Nothing was too much trouble, and even though we made several changes as time passed by, it was all handled in the same way. On the day of the funeral the other staff were also excellent and enabled a very challenging time to be a wonderful memory. My sister and I are very grateful to all concerned. I highly recommend Dillistones.

I have recently used Dillistones for my father and can’t praise them enough! From the first telephone conversation to the funeral itself we received excellent customer service. Paul looked after our family throughout and made a sad process comfortable, enabling us to have the funeral we wanted. Dillistones went above and beyond in the care we received. Katherine and family.
From start to finish Dillistones was very professional, but more so there kindness and sincerity was above none. My sister Anne died totally unexpectedly and we were so shocked, but Dillistones led us so lovingly to the end. Tash really excelled herself while supporting myself and my family after the death of my husband. She made arranging a funeral completely stress free and we were all welcome to visit the chapel of rest. The funeral was really lovely and the Rev Melanie Sopp who had been recommended to us was faultless and wonderful. I would highly recommend Dillistones, thank you so much,Tash, Neve and Melanie. xx
I would not hesitate to recommend Dillistones Worthing who undertook my mother's funeral with proffessionalism and great care. No detail was left to chance and their communication was excellent throughout. I was particularly impressed that, until Covid struck, it was always the same person who emailed, called or answered my questions. All of this at a competitive price, excellent is all I can say.
I am very happy with the service that all those at dillistone that provided all the arrangements for the cremation and being able to see my late father at the Chapel of rest. It was all done very compassionately and with good reverence. I would recommend this company of directors as of a very high quality to others. The cremation service was very fitting for my late father and I know he is at peace now. Thank you dillistones.
At a time when you feel most vulnerable and low, Dillistone funeral directors Worthing helped make the proses of arranging my mother’s funeral as painless as possible. Nothing was to much trouble , we were talked through everything with a great deal of compassion and they were always at the end of the phone should we need them. The funeral went very smoothly. We could not be more appreciative of James Thomas our funeral director and the team for there empathy, professionalism and friendliness.
My brother and I cannot rate this service more. Rachel was a guardian angel throughout the whole process and Gerald was there for us before, during and after the service. We said goodbye to our cousin in just the way we wished. Professional and caring throughout xx
