I would like to thank Ian, Sam and the staff for the professional service. An incredibly difficult time made as seemless and easy as possible. All staff were compassionate, understanding and nothing was too much trouble. I had forgotten something on the day of the funeral but Ian addressed this for us which meant so much and more than I could expect. We organised my Dad's funeral through Ian Hart and held it at their Gordon Chapel in Worthing and it went so well, very personal with the staff being attentive and caring. Although an upsetting and emotional event to arrange the process from beginning to end went smoothly, being professionally run with a lot of care and advice. I would like to say a big thank you to everyone at Ian Hart's, especially Sam.

I was so impressed with the quality of care and dignity given by Ian Hart and his team at the funeral of a very loved friend. The decision on whom to employ for my husbands funeral in June this year was not difficult, and I was not disappointed. It was the worst day of my life but equally, one of the best as I felt that I had organised the best tribute possible for my husband.
