Dean, Matt, Kelly and team were professional, kind and treated my brother 'Italian Tony' with the greatest respect and dignity. No request was too big. We found Dean most compassionate and caring in every aspect. As a large family, he included us all. We had so many members of the Littlehampton community, who praised how lovely the funeral was and that is a great reflection on Reynolds especially Dean who also had lots of patience as we went through this very difficult time. He is a great asset to your company. This was a funeral that will be remembered and will echo through history. Thank you!

Reynolds Funerals were fantastic in everything that they did for my husband Rad and Dean looked after him with the gentlest care. No request was too much and we all felt that Rad was being well cared for and treated with dignity and respect. I couldn't have asked for more, they made a heartbreaking time more bearable and were kind, unhurried and compassionate at all times. Dean is an absolute treasure and such an asset to the firm. You really did go above and beyond to ensure our loved one was cared for and given a beautiful service in such difficult circumstances. We had initially instructed Funeral directors from a large chain but the service was horrific. I called Reynolds for advice and spoke to Dean about our experience, the care and consideration shown in that call from him was outstanding, we quickly had our loved one moved into Reynolds care. Dean and the team at Reynolds have been absolutely fantastic! We cannot recommend them enough! From the very first heart-breaking phone call to begin making arrangements for my Dad’s funeral, Yvonne was courteous, empathetic, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Dean very kindly took the reins and made sure my Dad got the most wonderful send-off that he deserved. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was orchestrated perfectly; with respect, grace and dignity. My Dad would have been proud. We didn’t have to worry about a thing - Dean guided us through every step and knew what sort of funeral we wanted before we did! How he can get a funeral so perfect for someone he had never met is mesmerising! Even right through to after the day, Dean made sure that the memorial and headstone was a perfect tribute to my Dad as well. I believe that no other company will offer the level of service that Reynolds do. I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else! They did such a good job that we even employed them to take care of my Father-in-law’s arrangements a few months later and once again, the service was impeccable. Thank you to everyone in the team. We lost our 24 year old son in November suddenly and was at a total loss at where to start until I contacted Dean at Reynolds. From the minute I first spoke to him I felt so reassured, Billy had to be transferred from Kings in London and knowing I was anxious to get him back Dean called me to say they had him back safe with them! Dean had so many ideas to share to make sure Billy got the send off that was just fitting to him. I really hated the thought of a wooden coffin giving Billy’s age and was totally blown away with Deans idea of spray painting it purple Billy’s favourite colour it looked stunning! The staff at Reynolds were amazing and just so kind and thoughtful. The funeral was as perfect as it could be and everything went without a hitch, Dean even putting us in touch with a celebrant called Terri who was perfect. I cannot recommend Dean Jones and all the staff at Reynolds enough, if you want someone that genuinely cares this is the place to go!!! Thank Dean and all at Reynolds

We lost Dad in October, we hadn’t planned a funeral it wasn’t something any of us were comfortable talking about in truth. When Dad past away Mum, my Sister & I sat there with him in bits having not a clue what to do. We googled a few funeral companies but what made our minds up were the reviews Reynolds received & they were certainly justified. Dean Jones was very professional, courteous & compassionate throughout, he genuinely couldn’t do enough for us at a very difficult time. Dean is not a salesman he doesn’t try & sell you everything there is available, he listens to you & caters for what you would like, yes he offers opinions to assist you but in no way does he try to sell you anymore than you would like. He got in touch with funeral celebrant Dawn Sargeant who put together a lovely service & spoke beautifully. We hugely recommend Reynolds, you only get one chance to say good bye to a loved one & you want it done properly Reynolds certainly didn’t let us down. Personally I don’t think money comes into it but everyone is different but I found them very reasonable too. Unfortunately this is a service we all need & I certainly wouldn’t look elsewhere Thank you so much for taking care of Dad for us

My children lost their dad in August - It was sudden , unexpected , really difficult for 2 kids who haven't reached adulthood yet - It fell to me, as their Mum to organise something dignified and straightforward for my ex husband. I wanted the children to feel he had been given a good send off but having never done anything like this before and not really knowing what my ex husbands wishes would be, we took the reigns, decided on a few key elements we felt reflected him and I then "googled" a funeral director. I wanted family run and local, I read the reviews and felt this wasn't something you window shopped for, you had to take the plunge and go for it. I read the reviews and I felt Reynolds had brilliant reviews and went to meet Dean. He was brilliant from start to finish, I had a few tricky requests - which he went beyond to sort for me - and I and my sister in law will be forever grateful. The team on the day was so dignified and helpful, calm, professional, supportive, organised - I honestly felt so at peace and calm after the funeral - I really think we gave a most beautiful and memorable send off to the kids' Dad - they felt they really had done the best by him. It was made very easy and accessible by Dean and the team. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, nothing was too much trouble, Im grateful for the google reviews because they spoke the truth and this is why Im leaving a review too. I spoke to my neighbour after the funeral and she said - "they are the best, if i had asked her she would have recommended them at the top of her list" - Well done - Reynolds, thank you for all you did, sorry i have been a bit slow getting back to you, its been a difficult year - But I will be forever grateful for the beautiful service you provided x

Dean has arranged the funeral of both my mother and more recently my father. I would recommend him to anyone for his kind, professional service delivered with an individuality that made everything a lot less stressful at a really difficult time.
