Great walk. Loads of different sections to it and a bit of everything. Plenty of room to social distance. Seating is really well placed and plenty of bins
Great place for path or woodland walks and wild swimming
Nice walk ,path flat and smooth with a few benches
The Dams here are no longer used to supply water to southern Glasgow which was their original purpose when they were built by the Gorbals Gravitational Water Company. Now they form part of this very popular walking trail.
Beautiful walk, fairly flat but if it is windy or cold it is exposed so it can feel colder. Well worth a try.
This is a good place for a wee stroll my kids are bigger and they like it. Bit buzzy just now with the pandemic. If you can go after 4pm then you have the place to your self.
All the different sessions have you Felling something different when you take the time to sit and soak it up. Winters my favourite with the frost hung trees its like a winter land far away,
Its a nice walk And the kids can run free and you can go fishing hear or walk around to danly nice quiet walk
Brilliant walk for the dogs or to escape the house for a bit!
Lovely walk around some bodies of water. If you start at the carpark google maps directs you to for "Darnley Dams" you'll have a longer walk going counterclockwise. You can go clockwise but you end up having to find your way around a bit more if you've never been and construction in the area at the time of this post doesn't help.
