It's a good little park. There are rides for young kids, but it tends to be taken over by older kids - not complaining, just pointing out. It also gets insanely crowded when the schools let out. There is also a nice grassy area with trees and benches to relax.

Dowanhill Park is nestled in the West end and is a great spot to bring your kids and dogs. It has a fenced in play ground for the kids, a day care, and the good sized field for dogs to play. Good location, well maintained, and well located. Enjoy it!

Excellent little park for both families and dog walkers. Lovely little closed off play area for kids to have fun in. Also has a grassy section at the opposite end of the park with a windy path within, a little small but a great place for a quick walk with the dogs.

My kids love it and it's close to home

Grew up in the neighborhood and played here in the early 60's. Wonderful memories and not much of it has changed. Which is a good thing.
