Went in to buy a laptop charger, only 2 other customers in the shop, walked around the shop couldn’t find what I wanted so asked a member of staff. He pointed in a general direction and offered no help. Went to look and couldn’t see what I needed so walked out. Just ordered it on Amazon! Seems if you don’t want to spend more than £500 they are not interested. No wonder the high street market is in shambles

Helpful staff, especially customer services, when there's been a problem. The tech guys have on two occasions helped me. One went to the nth degree to work out which store I bought a speaker at, exactly when, cost and payment method as (understandably) I didn't still have the receipt. I do now as he printed me a copy and I can get it replaced under warranty! Very happy.

Excellent staff. Helpful whilst not pushy. The store incorporates PC World and Curry's as well as Carphone Warehouse. One young lady helped us understand the features and benefits of different printers. Warranties were explained but on this occasion not necessary for us. We were so impressed with the service on the printer that we bought a new laptop. The stores has a comprehensive range of white goods, televisions and computers to sort all budgets.

Usual high customer service. No complaints. Not the biggest Curry's or carphone warehouse but nevertheless a good choice. Small car park shared with a carpet store but on the outskirts of Chorley Centre so never too busy

Absolutely dreadful customer service. Refused to refund / exchange product. We made it clear what we wanted the product to do, the product was not suitable. This is in fact breaking the law (Sale of Goods Act). Rude staff. Go elsewhere!
