First class service from all. But a big thank you to Gavin who was most helpful and very patient. We were given a demonstration that was very thorough. After this we were left alone to listen to the item enabling us to make the right decision. This most professional approach of course lead to a sale. All this goes towards making a business that is on top of it's 'game'. One of the best ways to judge a business is how it deals with a problem. We had a problem with our purchase and called Gavin for his help. He was most polite and onto the matter very quickly. A new unit was in the shop and waiting for us to swap in a few days. Best wishes to all at Audio T in Preston. See you when my bank balance recovers! Richard. PS The coffee is very good too.

High End Audio Shop. Small but friendly with a Audition Suite. But wise to book an audition in advance. I visited to just browse but was still made welcome. Friendly staff I recommend a visit.
