Really impressed by the service provided, it was possibly slightly more expensive than an Apple store repair as there was the initial £84 diagnostics fee but given their efficiency and customer focused approach to my macbook repair I would definitely recommend.

Awful. Given the run around by the so called manager who won't return calls or emails and simply hang up or cut you off if you do get through. Would not deal with this poor excuse for a shop again and the manager really could do with some re-training.

Very good service and sound advice from all the staff, at Western Computers, who know their product range and who can convey all the qualities of upgrades in simple terms to less competent clients. I will certainly recommend this computer shop to all my friends.

Brilliant service and not forced like with the usual “geniuses”. Sorted my phone issues quickly. Next Apple purchases will definitely be in here from now on.
