Rimmers seems to have many good reviews, but my first experience bad. Ordered 3 items end of March. Website stated 24 hour delivery on 2 of the items, 2-3 days on the other. These items were being sold by many other outlets, so surely not hard to get hold of. However 2 weeks after the order still no items delivered. Did cause some stress as it was a fair bit of money spent. Rimmers did refund me prompty, when i finally just had to cancel. So i have since just re-ordered the items with another retailer and got them next day. Rimmers, not sure what you guys are doing, but could be a lot better

Item I ordered wasn’t in stock so they offered me to wait, refund or choose a different item. I opted to wait. Kept in touch to keep on top of the order for about a week/week and a half and then we kind of lost touch for a week or so. They then got back in touch to let me know it had been posted. Very helpful when they did get in touch with me. Great bunch of guys who have helped me so far. I imagine these guys are super busy which is probably why it took them a while to get back in touch. Thanks for the service nevertheless.

Very easy purchase procedure. Kept fully informed prior to delivery and was even able to change the delivery day with no problem. The guitar arrived promptly within the time slot I was given. The guitar itself is lovely...I'm a complete beginner but to me it feels and sounds really good. Very pleased all round - thank you.
