While they have a great range of equipment the customer and sales service left me wanting to the point that i was ready to part with money for the item i was looking to qurstion but salesman didnt have a clue and didnt even really engage rather was waiting for his shift to end ..... as a result i didnt get my questions answerd and i left with a full wallet

I'm not impressed with my recent visits to this store. I was looking to buy a new PC, but there choice of brands is very limited so bought elsewhere. Then went back for some follow up items and was given the wrong information regarding an adapter I bought and was once again faced with a lack of choice even though they had a lot of stock it was all very samey and not what I was after. The staff didn't seem that interested in trying to help me, other than one who started trying to sell me broadband deals which wasn't what I'd wanted at all. Aside from this I didn't feel like I was in a specialist electronics shop & just a shop trying to flog stuff to people. I will probably finish my shopping list on-line with another company.

Wanted to leave a review for Edward. He was met with two disgruntled women who were at the end of their tether but he gave excellent customer service and we left smiling as he promised he would ensure. Went over and above, and had a wonderful calm demeanour and sense of humour. A credit to the store.

Yes, I agree with whoever said earlier that staff are usually more busy talking to each other. But, when I bought a printer on 2nd February, I got wonderful assistance and advice from Alex who actually asked if I would like help. So I will return for other purchases.
