Because of him, I left the store feeling confident with my purchase and very satisfied overall. A real credit to the Tunbridge Wells team — highly recommend asking for Matthew if you’re visiting the store.
Ok, usually very good and still helpful but couldn't completely answer my questions on this occasion. Good choice of products and friendly staff. Possibly the one time when I would have liked someone to come and ask if they could help. Not being negative though, it's a good store.
This shop us diabolical. Used a while ago to buy a cooker which arrived with a huge dent. Replaced after going through hoops. Now, trying to buy a microwave, the one selected was priced at £129 on large sign on top of boxed microwaves saying special offer and listing when it was offered at £189 but £189 on a tiny ticket under the display one. First assistant said lower price would be honoured as they had to, person on the till said the higher price. Last visit to any Curry's for me.
Went in to buy a tv and thanks to Harry and Mat I made a saving on my tv subscription and broadband and a saving buying the tv and bracket together. What lovely guys, so helpful and friendly. Even loaded all in my car for me.nA definite asset to the store.
Bought a tumble dryer from the store yesterday. The store colleagues were very knowledgeable and were able to advise us on the best product to buy within our budget. Explained the different types very well. Will be returning whenever another appliance is needed
