Visited this store to replace an old broken IPhone. The staff were very good. Sapphire in particular was excellent, went above and beyond to transfer data from old phone to new, nothing was too much trouble, amazing service. Will definitely use this store again.
I had to buy a new I pad and went into the Tunbridge Wells store . I cannot speak highly enough of the young man that served me . His name was Cameron. He came to help me without being pushy. He was professional, very friendly and helpful. He was also incredibly knowledgeable and as I am not the youngest of people ! He guided me to the right I pad and sorted everything out for me. He made sure I knew how to work it and made sure all my Apple devices were in sync . I had to do nothing . The manager and another member of staff reassured me that if I had any problems at all or did not understand anything, I was to go back and they would sort it for me . Excellent service . A pleasure to shop there . Being an ‘Apple’ fan, it is the best store I have shopped in . In a couple of months time, I intend to buy an Apple Watch and , having been to several other stores, will definitely go back to this store . Well done ! But particularly, Cameron, he is a credit to your store and I hope this is recognised.
I went to this store looking to upgrade my iPhone and the attitude of the manager was at best indifferent. He told me he wouldnt show me a sample of any phone as they ‘are all tied down’ and then made absolutely zero effort to demo me anything - just standing there as if I’d asked him to take one away for free! The guy was so rude I immediately left and bought my phone from Curry’s instead. Will never buy anything from this shop on principle now
A great place to buy your Apple products. All members of staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the products offered and are always willing to help with any follow up questions. Thank you Richard for all your help in transferring from my old Mac laptop to my new MacBook Air.
I went into the istore to buy a new iPhone. I was very stressed because I had just had my iPhone stolen. Having chosen a new iPhone, Sapphire was very helpful, transferring all details onto the new phone and deleting all details from my old one. His obvious expertise and competence greatly reassured me. Thank you, Sapphire.
Absolutely amazing. The guys in the shop in Tunbridge Wells that helped us were amazing. They saved my daughters work on laptop which had a bottle of water leak all over it, for her a-level coursework and also recovered photos from damaged iPhone which we thought were lost. They were knowledgeable, polite and efficient. So grateful to all the staff at istore in Tunbridge Wells. Thank you so much
I was browsing in the store and was approached by a very polite assistant. I have purchased an iPad 9th generation for my mother in law and was interested in a cover for the gift. We were served by another gentleman who showed us the options and explained the difference between the apple Smart Cover and another brand. At this point I was ready to purchase but not sure which one. My wife asked if it was possible to open the apple cover to have a look at the product. The assistant pondered then said no. A very strange and disappointing response. I will go else where to make the purchase.
Vodafone could not help with jammed SIM card and referred me to iStore who were extremely helpful and removed the SIM at no cost. Helpful and polite very impressed. Have all Apple devices so will go back to them when necessary.
Want to say a big thanks to Sapphire for making our lives a little less stressful. You really made things much more simple with you calm approach and great knowledge…. The Cramers
