The store is very well laid out and tidy. The displays are of good quality and well labelled. The staff in the technology area tend to be reps, they only tend to help for their own products, but the rest of the staff are always very helpful. I have also found that electronics on display are often out of stock.
All other products are of a good quality and staff in other areas are very friendly and helpful.

Excellent Staff really friendly and knowledgeable.  Prices good and with TV we purchased we got free delivery and a 5 year guarantee.  Would recommend a visit. We were served by Joe who has also helped in past.

The store is nice and has lots to see. Great variety of home decor items. The coffee shop food isn't great and staff are too noisy there. It sounds like an Italian kitchen!

We purchased several items from John Lewis Tunbridge Wells. The staff were mainly friendly and helpful. There was one instance where two staff members stood chatting at a till and ignored our presence. And there was considerable confusion in one instance regarding a purchase from the audio/visual department. It seemed one or more items were mislabeled and the staff were unable to identify the correct item to match our requirements.
