Ordered my product the next day asked how long my order would be , got told two days would receive IT , on the second day after that so 3 days including buying day ,  my product was received very happy boxed well , Perfect service and a quick response 
 Will buy from JB Again 100%

*AVOID* ...made an order 1 week ago , said they'd be here for Saturday , still not here by Tuesday...contacted them and now they're saying possibility parcel may be lost even though it's apparently tracked !? (But no tracking code)...never again

So refreshing when a shop goes the extra mile to help a customer and I will definitely recommend JBs to my friends. Knowledgeable staff, best prices and quick delivery , many thanks

I don't normally give feedback unless am 100% satisfied. But these staff best. Answer phone from friendly manner. Listen to every word I say. Try best to help me getting my Denon DJ controller MXC8000.
