All I wanted was a replacement amplifier so not exactly “big spend “ customer but got excellent service both over the phone and in store.  The staff obviously “know their stuff” so I would recommend going to them for any size/type of audio/video system.

My go to place to buy audio and visual kit. I have spent a small fortune in here over the last year! The guys are really friendly and knowledgeable and are always happy to help you out and answer any questions. They are also great when you have any issues with purchases. Great customer service and the best prices too. Spot on really and I highly recommend using them.

We got exactly what we wanted straight  away with excellent customer service. Cant fault them on knowledge and it didnt take an hour sitting down doing paper work just to pay for it as in other retailers.

Two salesman working on Sunday afternoon and both  with customers when we arrived. After waiting approximately 10 minutes we left the store as  hadn't even been acknowledged.

tv priced online at £799 went to the Tunbridge wells branch guy in store says he has the tv in stock but the price online is wrong and tells me it will be £1100. talk to richersounds over facebook who tells me its the right price and he should have given it to me but there now all out of stock. he then offers me £10 off another tv which they have online only then to be told there all out of stock in the company. will go else where now. but please stop advertising tv's you have no intention of selling or dont have the stock.
