Online said Tunbridge Wells store had 2 special lightbulbs I needed in stock, and at a reduced price. When I travelled the 15 miles to get to the store, the Sales Assistant tried to make out the bulbs advertised were some others, which were smaller than the ones advertised and quite simply not the same make or model.  The only bulbs they had in stock that were the same as the one advertised, were nearly twenty pounds each, fifteen pounds more! The manager would not sell me the lightbulb for less, despite it being advertised as such.  Won't shop here again.

Staff are knowledgeable about all their products. I've also returned a few items for various reasons and they are also understanding and reasonable about it.

Bit pricey compared to online prices, but with the obvious overheads you can ignore this.

Helpful staff with good knowledge about their products and ideas of how to use it.lots of awesome gadgets inside,not easy to leave so pls.always have someone ready to drag you out if needed...girlfriend isn't bad in my case😭
