Professional, polite and very efficient service. made the whole process of buying an expensive camera very straight foward. Might be a big chain but the staff behaved like it was their own shop and I was a valued customer.

I needed a new camera to replace my fading Pentax Km and received very good advice on the options available. When I made my choice it was not in stock at the shop but only took two days to arrive. Excellent back up service and advice as well from well trained, customer friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Had some problems with my GoPro and the staff we incredibly helpful and ran some checks on a dodgy SD card I had. Id spent ages working out what was wrong with the camera and they recommended I contacted the card company. They saved me a ton and time and I've got a free replacement card all in time for shooting tomorrow. I don't normally write reviews but these guys are extremely helpful.

Really terrible experience dealing with this store. Went in to order a camera, they said it would take a few days to come in which was fine. Went in a few days later, spoke to the same guy and they said their warehouse had run out of stock so would take another week, was a bit annoyed that they didnt tell me this. Went back 1 week later, and spoke to a different guy, then found out that no booking had been made from the start even though i had come in twice, the first guy i ordered it from some over and starts lying to my face about 'how he took over the booking from someone else and how it wasnt his fault'. He lied to my face about ordering it to save his own arse. I understand that people make mistakes but at least own up to when you have messed up rather than trying to shift the blame, i had already been in to order it and then again to check the progress, how could he have not seen that he hadnt put a booking through. They alternatives but i didnt want to deal with that store anymore Ended up going to park cameras-had a fantastic experience with them, really knowledgeable staff, also threw in a free 64GB Sandisk SD card and a free accessory kit for the same camera at the same price as Jessops. I wouldnt normally be so annoyed about it all but as im about to leave the country i needed to get the camera and the way he just lied to my face about how it wasnt his fault even though he was the only person i had spoken to in the store about it. Really badly run place, go to park cameras instead
