One of the best branches of Currys. Very wide varieties and stock is always available to deliver. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My assigned staff was awesome , my nhs discount card was not accepting for a 5% offer, but staff gave a 5% off without any card . Service was quick .A big applause for staff aswell. Well maintained showroom with all covid protocols.
Great click and collect service. But package was damaged on receipt. Informed attendant but he said he had checked and all.the contents were there
Moving into a new home and needed to buy every appliance known to man and was served by an absolutely lovely lady named Jackie who made the whole experience fantastic, straight forward and completely stress free. She was beyond helpful and is a credit to store and the company . She even sorted out my wi fi ready for me to move in . Would highly recommend this store for fantastic customer service and a wide selection of stock .
They know they've got the monopoly on electronic/electrical goods and don't have to offer any customer service. Most of the staff couldn't care less and let you wait unattended and unless you take out their extended warranty, you've got absolutely no chance of getting faulty goods either replaced or repaired. Don't waste your money - much better to go somewhere else - the few pounds you save at purchase will bleed away and trebble if the goods prove faulty which they often do!!
Called there to see a laptop I had looked at online. After initially being palmed off/ignored by a member of staff, Greg then came to assist me. He was very helpful and friendly and made the experience hassle free - thanks Greg.
Nice chap gave me some good advice and I brought some nice presents for my grandson's birthday. I would definitely use this shop again.
Went looking for a Coffee Machine,spoke with a Gentleman who was ever so helpful.We were about to leave when a Lady by the name Jacky approached us and asked if she could help. Unbelievable, she was absolutly Brilliant,information and knowledge on Coffee Machines was awesome, needless to say we bought a Coffee Machine.
Good prices, and if you can't buy something in the store, you can order online and have it within 24 hours of ordering. I am very pleased and recommend it.
Searched ages for a microwave. Found one here. Out of stock. Apparently I could order it online and have it delivered to my home. That's a fib. Delivery was not available. In fact I'd have to go to Swansea to collect it. And then, when I went to pay for it online they were out of stock again. Take it off your shelf please Curry's.
Went into buy an air fryer waited 45 mins to be served or even acknowledged when someone deemed to serve me they were out of stock no apologies no indication of when stock would be in I went to lakeland and spent my £200 there
