Me and my family went to M&S at Llanelli and we were disappointed when we arrive. We had to wait in a queue for 10 minutes to be severed, while staff fluttered between coffee machine and the back room asking for when it was their break. The floor was unkept as there were wrappers and food bits on the floor, along with cutlery being thrown about. Customers having to handle cutlery from the washing machine basket itself. Food arrived late and was the lute warm. My family paid £36 to have food there and we ended up having tempered food, with the fact that M&S staff in Llanelli are not able to handle over crowding of customers, as we had to hunt for a table in order to eat our delayed cold food. I am very disappointed of M&S in Llanelli and will not be going there again.
I called into the lingerie department yesterday looking for some advice. Lousia and Emma who had a busy schedule found the time to help me at short notice. Professional and experience came through with the help, support and advice. Well done both credit to you both and an assist to Marks and Spencer’s in Trostra Llanelli.
5th Saturday 2024nNot satisfied not happy marks Spencer business system in Parc trostre food take too long to be served,nnOrdered beacon roll which takes 30mnt to be served, was told that order is on queue while my coffee get cold for waiting around.nnAmerican coffee tastes awful and not dark but light coffee colours like it has been Waterd down.nnCutleries are not washed properly cleaned still have food sticked on them from previous service that is not safe health .nnI would love to see changes in coffee hall and the staff.nnThe health safety practice is gone, afraid to Eat here not to get food poison.
The queue is far too long in the cafe. I don't bother to wait if there are more than 4 people before me as it would take too long. It has been like this for so long- I don't know why they can't improve the system.nUpdated- August 2024- pleased to report that the service is much improved! They have more staff and I didn't have to wait too long to be served.
Just witnessed a supervisor suddenly close tills as a lady waited patiently in a queue. The lack of respect shown to customers at this branch is shocking.
