Very knowledgeable staff, polite to customers and acknowledge those in the queue apologising for the wait.
Good range of stock, found what I required with a little help.
Llanelli store is better than some of the bigger ones I'm my eyes, staff treat you as a person.

just phoned about a tow bar and the person on the other end a woman couldnt even be bothered to speak very bad service will not be going to them again..

excellent service from bike section who helped fit my pendleton christmas present.as i am 72 and have not ridden for 20 yrs they fitted stand,found helment and exchanged heavy basket for lighter canvas rear bag,really friendly service and made me feel a valued customer.thanks im sure  i will need help again.thanks
