Would have been 5 stars but the WiFi in the shop can't be used by customers, so I missed out on a £40 cashback offer claimable online as my phone had no signal in the store.
Got served earlier by a lovely girl called elisha on the self checkouts, she helped me with my nectar card, she was very helpful, staff like this makes me want to visit more often, thankyou soo much
Totally disgusted with the way the manager just spoke to my MrsnDon't go telling customers that their order will be ready to collect after 4pm when you haven't even got the item in stock. Then when the customer turns up after the time stated you speak to them with a stinking attitude as if it is their fault that you haven't got it in stock. How this women is a manager is beyond me she really needs to learn people skills.nSo only 1 star on this visit.
Opening hours online as well as on the shop window state 8pm closing time, but at 7.15pm it was closed already, and the staff member inside pretended not to see people outside the door. Very disappointing.
I had to take back an item that wasn't working. They were super helpful and patient with me while choosing another. Always had good service there. Friendly and helpful staff and a quick service.
