Went to o2 parc trostre yesterday the service by 1 staff member was disgusting he approached me then all of a sudden he was more interested in the lady and his collrague issue more than mine apparently then sonny was causing riots when infact hed just gone under the table to hide and play trains from these kids who were playing amongst themselves (just a little noisy) then he sais this needs to calm down or ill ring security get a grip of those wild kids of.yours ? Then he disnt like me tell him they werent mine he thought they were and prejudge me before i went in both of us mothers were not happy then he was telling me how out of control my kids were i said thats funny i only came with 1 and hes under my feet ! Sonny left screaming in tears !i felt for the mother who had a baby in a chest carrier and 4 children with her she left in tears! Even his colleagues had a word with him as how can you call security on junior and infant children !i didnt get his name but please be aware of taken your children to this shop they cant make a sound ....

I called in regarding a foulty product ,the assistant was just not interested as she looked over my shoulder at a customer ,who was looking at phones ,I felt dissmist of no importance ,such a shane i am normanly treated very well ......
