Lack of staff on the checkouts.nYou have long queues of customers waiting to pay for their goods at a lone checkout, meanwhile you have at least 3 other checkouts closed.nOnly when the queues are going to the back of the store do you open up a Checkout then as soon as the queue goes down you immediately close that checkout again.nI appreciate you don't want staff just sat at a Till waiting for a customer but surely a fast moving queues with happy customers would be a much better look then frustrated customers?
An excellent store with great variety and bargains in the very convenient Pemberton Retail Park with ample parking.nnThe public toilets were out of order though on one Thursday afternoon when we were shopping! There were hardly any staff on the floor to call for assistance but we eventually managed to find someone.
Went to the llanelli store today the lift was not working again.Had to put my trolley back and go up the stairs could not find one member off staff to help me carry an item down the stairs for me.So left the store without buying anything terrible service
Lovely store but there is never enough cashiers so expect to queue
Great store where you can buy nearly everything you need garden furniture kitchen appliances lighting curtains bedding outside plants
