A large branch over two floors. Well set out and with lifts and escalators accessing the second floor. Facilities are good. There is disabled parking and access.
Bit disappointed this visit. Spent a lot but not much to show for it. Also lacking on clothes for 3 to 4 yrs boys jogging bottoms. Also not alot of character t-shirts. Would of liked to see a bigger range of t-shirts for adults in the latest trends of character. Apart from that they are consistent.
Okey let me make this clear if you are a woman or wear womens clothing this place will be perfect for you the sheer size and selection they have is quite astounding. However for my fellow men out there this place is awful! its quite the opposite of how i explained the female section. Very limited options and the style is so outdated its no surprise that they focus so heavily on womens clothing because the lack of inspiration thats put into mens clothing is very disappointing. Unless you're looking for some low quality plain t shirts and trousers then id stay away and order online!
Very poor exchange or refund policy. Must have reciept, went to exchange 2 X Xmas pressies. Told no refund no exchange without receipt, who give receipt with present! Wonie er shop there again and ask my family not to buy for me again.
Nice primark - nice range of women's clothing with variety of sizes. Children's sections were smaller but still had reasonable amount there
I went in looking for a pair of ankle boots and found a lovely black pair in my size and bought a coat as well . Nice selection of clothes .
Decent store to be fair. Went today and there were literally groups of kids everywhere up and down. From id say ages 10-13. Running around and screaming and playing tag. Not a parent in sight and no members of staff willing to tell them off. Very annoying.
Very poor with toilets. I have a two year old potty training, I asked one of the members of staff could I use their toilet she declined as apparently they were blocked. I mentioned that she was potty training and if she needed to go she needs to go. The staff went and got her manger, I once again explained to the manger and she needed to use the toilet she declined also and also said they were blocked I asked about the staff toilet and the manger said you can only use the staff toilets if you’ve got a toilet badge!!! I am so upset and disgusted that no customer can use any toilets within the store, I was sent over to costa !!
Lots of clothes to choose from had a good look around was nice to go some where different was a good shop tho so we have given them a 3star could be better.
It was ok great for bobbles and hair accessories ana and womens stuff is all on 1 floor fabulous better than Cardiff lay out I get lost and then it puts me off shopping in there but Llanelli one is fab
