Ordered a Surface Pro keyboard in the store on Friday and was told it would be available for collection from the store on Saturday. The paperwork I received confirmed this. Passing the store a few hours before it was due to close on the Saturday, I called in to collect it. Two members of staff, who were more intent in their own conversation than serving me looked for the delivery on the system. During which I had to endure one of them removing a plaster from his thumb using his teeth! Eventually I was told the item had been dispatched but not arrived. It should be in tomorrow and I'd get an email. Despite pointing out the verbal and written expectation of delivery on Saturday there was no attempt to apologise. It is now Sunday evening and the store closed yet still no email notification of delivery. A cynic might say they their promise of next day delivery was just a rouse to get my business. I'd have been better ordering from elsewhere on the Internet and probably got quicker delivery directly to my home.

Five star fantastic  service. I went into Currys in Rochdale this morning and bought a microwave. The assistant I dealt with was Shahid who delivered it personally to my house this evening at 6.20. He unpacked it put it into position and demonstrated how to use it. He even took my old microwave away.  As I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and am unable to lift the microwave myself this was just tremendous.  Currys should be congratulated for employing such a helpful man. Thank you Shahid.

It sells the usual overpriced electronic goods to morons that don't know how to search the Internet.... It is good however if your mouse breaks and need a quick replacement.
