Disgraceful customer service!!! Went there to renew my laptop contract after my old one expired. No one seemed to know what to do. They kept on ringing their head office every 5 minutes and all they did pretty much was print out some forms and sign them. It was a ball ache to get the laptop that I wanted (the website confirm the store had it in stock) but it was just confusion after confusion. After 2 hours it was finally resolved. I made a complaint over the phone the following day and was promised a call back, but it didn't come. I called them back and the second advisor couldn't find any notes on the system. I completely lost it as I ran out of patience, was finally offered £50 compensation. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND CURRYS PC WORLD!!!!

Amazing array of everything electrical that you could want for your home.  Products displayed well with information cards but shortage of staff around to ask for a better explaination of what all the terms mean when we visited. Seems you need to be more technical than we are to get the best out of this place

A so so experience. I was directed to this store from their Arndale store. The Arndale one did not have the item I was looking for. Firstly, the guy at Arndale lied about the distance when he told me it's a few minutes walk. I was traveling by foot and it took me a good 45 minutes just to reach there. I found the product but there was only one piece left and it was the display item. I had no option so decided to buy it but did ask about the refund policy. The salesman told me I can return it as long as it's not taken out of the box. That's was whimsical as being a display item it didn't come into the box in the first place. So I laughed. When he finally understood his foly he went asking the manager about it. Anyway, the product worked so did not had to return it thankfully, but I certainly felt the service is not professional at all.
