I went in on sunday for a phone the person who serviced me Ethan if i remember correctly was so nice and helpful. He let me take my time with some decisions while offering some really great advice on what to do and get. Definitely took the time to had a nice personal touch. I usually find sorting a new phone out really stressful but they made it so easy for me so i really appreciated it
Hate to write a bad review but I've had the worst experience. I purchased a mobile phone in store, unfortunately they gave me the incorrect device, I only noticed after opening the box but took it back the very next day. They refused to refund or replace. This is for a device that cost nearly 1k. Their telephone helpline sent me in to store twice. Computer said no. But apparently if I'd bought online it would have been fine.
Really nice showroom, I'd like 1 of everything in the store! Really great to browse and see the tech.nSuper helpful staff, even if the wrong appliance was sent out!
If you're looking for a new phone go see James at Carphone Warehouse in Currys on Snipe. Super helpful, no messing sorted me a new phone and was a true gent even though I made him late for football, he stayed on and finished helping me. Sorry James, hope your team wonnGot a great deal and all the staff in there are helpful. Nice one!
Absolute garbage service. Manager was shockingly bad, just fobbed you off and offered no assistance. How PC world are still in business with the level of service they offer baffles me. Will never use them for anything ever again!
