Excellent service from Andrew as always. The only thing I wish that was better was having a carpark for the customers that shop here but you cannot beat the service and advice here. I wish the council would stop digging up the roads, it was fine the way that it was.That aside, Richer comes out on top yet again. A big thank you.

We made a purchase with Richer Sounds and we couldn't be happier. We were worried that we might have to spend a fortune but we didn't have to in the end. Our new TV is excellent. A big thank you to Andrew who offered us a hot drink when we arrived at the Prestwich store, and he was very easy to relate to and very enthusiastic, Andrew explained things in great detail and didn't baffle us like some other places we have dealt with before now. Customer service as it should be. Well recommended to all.

I always buy my Hi Fi gear from here.  The staff are knowledgeable and friendly.  RS also have a great extended guarantee for a really good price.  They will also refund the price of the guarantee,  when the extended guarantee runs out,  if you haven't made a claim on it during the extended period. They promise to beat any competitors price too,  so you can't really go wrong.

Very impressed with my new surround system that purchased a couple of weeks ago. Picked up denon receiver from the clearance. Immaculate condition. Just didn't have a box. The advice I received from Andrew was very helpful and helped me pick up a good set of speakers whilst giving me plenty of info on how to get the best sound from my setup. Other staff helpful and friendly too. Overall very happy with my new sound at a very good price too.

Love the place. Staff are very knowledgeable and not pushy. First place I look for TV etc. Any questions just ask the staff they always seem to have your best interest first. Like the way the shop is set out and I could spend a few hours in the mock living room chilling watching TV. Manager here is first class too.
