Brought tv off of them 1st 1 they sent screen was damaged box was intact though not a mark on it, replacement tv sent screen was also damaged again box was fine.. Trying to get a refund was like pulling teeth they like to take your money but don't like to give it back !!! Beware.

Called in today to look at TVs. The young man I spoke to was very helpful, giving me lots of useful information about different makes of TV and good times to buy. He also helped out my brother who needed a replacement remote control for his TV.  Thanks to him I will definitely be back and also recommend Electrotec to friends.
