I was very wooried initially after ordering my kitchen as I heard slot of bad reviews not in regards to the quality more of things being missing or damaged. But it was absolutely spot on could not fault the service or the kitchen everything was there as stated . My own fitters were happy and also said they couldn't fault a thing , Peter Potts at the Ashton under lyne store was my kitchen planner again faultless I was really happy with the service and what he planned he makes sure your happy with everything any changes after final measure he will re design to suit really happy with everything
Wren Kitchen installed a new kitchen for us in January 2021. We visited their showroom where the Wren team designed our kitchen to our specification, and seamlessly got it delivered and installed as scheduled. The kitchen has put such a breath of fresh air into our house. Wren provided us with a professional fitter, so we did not have to do any looking around for a fitter. Will greatly recommend Wren to family and friends.
One of the worse up to yet. Drawing and delivery was on time and cannot fault them. The guy did brilliant job designing the kitchen but the problem is the production. They sent in wrong corner unit panels and can't fix a kitchen without a corner unit. They have one of the worse cut off time in market for next day delivery for a faulty part which apparently meant to go through quality check and should be done right. And the funny part is they sent the same faulty panel which don't fit again second time round. We not only had faulty corner unit but drawer side was rusty and we paid for a brand new kitchen not second hand. I've had to ring so many time and was promised it will be right next time and guess what the delivery never came the third time it was meant to come. My kitchen fitters are sitting here doing nothing for 2 weeks because wren kitchen can't do their job right. I'm thinking of cancelling the whole lot. We recommend few people but after all this issues I've asked them to go else where.
Wren and their staff Ben and Paul have been wonderful and extremely patient, as our building work was behind schedule and so was delaying the kitchen fitting. We also had to tweak the design because of our incorrect measuring. Ben did this seamlessly and without fuss. They continued to find us any offers, each time we visited the showroom, regarding the appliances. Ben has been extremely thorough with our design. Before fitting commences the surveyor and fitter come round separately to check the measurements. It is only signed off when it is precisely checked. We are excited to see our finished kitchen, which I am confident will look amazing.Service: Kitchen design
Annoyed by Wren. They want to "Dry Fit" a kitchen. Which means no plumbing or electrical or gas work. Just units fitted to the walls. They then expect you to discuss all that work with the fitter.... AFTER YOU'VE PAID A DEPOSIT. So you tie yourself in and the fitter can charge whatever they please to actually complete the kitchen. But you are stuck over a barrel as you've paid a deposit. I'd avoid at all costs. Tried to cancel my design appointment with them as I didn't like the above and spoke to a person who somehow couldn't work out to email a colleague and say "customer wants to cancel design appointment". So emailed them and said "please call customer" so then speaking to them I said cancel the design appointment. They said do you want to reschedule. I said not now no, because I don't want loads of reminder texts about it. I'll call you if I change my mind. I was told OK. SO THEY RESCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT AND SENT ME MESSAGES. THEN RESCHEDULED AGAIN AND SENT ME MESSAGES. Just leave me alone. I was trying to be polite. Learn to infer from context. Avoid at all costs.
Overpriced, said 50% discount so it was £22,000... so originally should be £54,000. Amelua was lovely, but for what we wanted there is no way this is £54,000!
